There are no returns on items unless they arrive damaged or you receive an item that you did not order.
Orders that are sent as the wrong size will be exchanged along with provided shipping paid for. Hats are exempt from this as all caps are adjustable, one size fits all.
Exchanges for an item that was incorrectly ordered by the customer will require the customer to pay for the shipping.
